Dining-approved Yellow Mugs are now available for the campus community to use instead of disposable cups. Pearson has awarded the Cycling Club with a grant to purchase mugs as part of a bike tune-up day January 13th, 2009, 10am-2pm, on Cannon Green. Students brought their bikes for a free post-holiday tune-up, received a free mug, and had the Barbeque Club serve them burgers and dogs! About 150 mugs were released. If you have a mug, just explain to Dining staff you are still purchasing the regular drink, you would just like to use your mug instead of the styrofoam. If you don't have a mug, and would like one, Dining will be creating mugs of their own in the near future.
