There are two levels of security - CICS (the method used to access the main storage site) and PMEN (the local method used to grant levels of access to specific applications (screens).

PMEN accounts are created by WSM's and CICS accounts are created by ITS Security Managers.

Please Note: Adjunct Faculty who will not use the system for anything other than submitting their grades, should NOT be given a CICS account; they will be able to submit their grades through MyUWF. If they do need CICS access for other functions, do not give them access to RGRB.
