Rounding out the day was the final panel discussion, Untapped Sources of Talent, which was moderated by Debbie Ritchie, Operations Leader for Studer Group. The panelists represented four underemployed sources of workforce talent in the community. Jeff Nall, from the Council on Aging of West Florida, described the strengths that older workers brought to the workplace. Mike Ferfuson, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army (Florida) North, discussed the benefits of hiring military retirees and spouses. Representing youth, with their energy and technosavvy, was Dr. Sue Halfhill, from Pensacola Junior College. Finally, Rich Gilmartin, from Lakeview Center, reinforced John Kemp's message by encouraging employers to consider disabled workers.
