Breakout Session III, Growing Your Talent, was moderated by Kathy Anthony, a partner with O'Sullivan Creel, LLP. The panelists included Warren Whitfield, of Cerex Advanced Fabrics; Oliver Darden, of O & M Steel Fabricators; Jane Birdwell, from Birdwell Photography & Multimedia; Pat Ropella, from Ropella & Associates; and Jay Massey, from Coco Designs. The panel discussed strategies for developing a learning organization and encouraging employees to grow and help others to grow within their jobs.
