Departments are encouraged to use photography on all levels of their site to market and brand their individual identities. For example, the Department of History may choose to use photos of students in Historic Pensacola Village or working on public history projects. The Department of Art may choose to display student artwork or show students painting and sculpting.
If a department does not have images that accurately reflect their mission and brand, the Web developer is encouraged to contact University Marketing Communications. Marketing Communications maintains an extensive archive of high-quality university photos and artwork. In addition, a university photographer is available to take photos on request.
