The Office of University Communications and External Relations (UCER) manages digital messaging for internal and external campus digital signs, closed circuit televisions and entrance sign marquees. UCER oversees the sign guideline submissions, serving as a point of contact for any concerns and general questions from the campus community.
Use the form located on MyUWF to send us information on your event, research or other campus activities for inclusion on the digital sign (electronic billboard), closed circuit TV and/or entrance marquee. This form will be used by UCER to determine if your submission fits the criteria of the Content Submission Policy for External and Internal Signage. Requests must comply with the core requirements of campus electronic signage and content submission policy, and UCER has the right to refuse submissions. The signage form is available in MyUWF (search 'Signage Request Form'). Complete all required fields of the form and select 'submit.' Please allow 24-48 hours for your request to appear on any of the signs.
