Operation Identification

The UWFPD will engrave your driver's license number onto valuables such as stereos, cameras, computers etc. Then you place an Operation I.D sticker on the exterior door and windows or residence hall doors warning housebreakers that all valuables on premises are marked for easy identification. Upon completeing this form, please stop by or call the university police department to obtain a Registration Sticker.
