What does this mean to me?
If you are a student:
You will be asked for your UWF ID to look up your records in UWF systems.
Know your UWF ID or have your Nautilus Card with you when conducting business at the University in order to expeditiously provide your ID number (particularly at the Cashier's Window).
Access MyUWF (my.uwf.edu) with your ArgoNet account username and password. Your UWF ID is displayed in My Account app in MyUWF.
If you are an employee:
Ask students for their UWF ID or name to look up their records. You are no longer permitted to ask students for their SSN for this purpose.
RSNB (Student Name Browse) allows you to search by student name, then will show the UWF ID, along with the date of birth, and last semester attended.
You no longer have access to student or employee SSN data unless specifically authorized by the Associate Vice President of Internal Auditing.
Authorized access to SSN data in UWF systems must be requested.
Be familiar with Internal Audit-approved local systems (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or Microsoft Access Database for example) used in daily operations that contain SSNs.
Access MyUWF (my.uwf.edu) with your ArgoNet account username and password. Your UWF ID is displayed in My Account app in MyUWF.
If you are a guest of the university accessing university services:
Nautilus cards with UWF IDs are issued to active guests of the university. Active guests include anyone with a current Fitness Center membership and Leisure Learning participants.
Visit the Nautilus Card office in Building 20W to obtain a UWF ID Nautilus card. Please bring your old card with you if you have one.
Access to the Fitness Center requires a UWF ID Nautilus card.
Access MyUWF with your ArgoNet account username and password.
