Discussion on student housing was led by Deb Ford, VP for Academic & Student Affairs. Dr. Ford’s update on the residence hall under construction indicated it is a couple of weeks behind schedule. However, this will not prevent problems at the beginning of the fall 2003 term. Completion of the dorm is scheduled for late October or early November with a projected move in around Thanksgiving. Old dorms will be renovated for upper classmen and/or graduate students as single dwellings. In addition, a business manager will be employed to oversee housing construction.

Adjournment occurred at 2:50 p.m.
