Essay Exams:
All exams will consist of three to five essay questions, depending on the nature of the material covered. Points will be assigned to each question to indicate its relative importance in assigning a test grade.
Case summaries:
Summaries of court cases should include the following:
1) Background of the case (case history);
2) Description of the major issue(s) addressed;
(including the relevant law/statues involved)
3) Explanation of the court's findings;
4) Discussion of the implications/precedents that were set by the decision.
