Students will be able to:
1) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the important topic areas and issues
in Personnel Psychology.
2) Discuss and evaluate the techniques and theories within the field.
3) Explain how knowledge acquired in the course can help solve actual personnel and
organizational problems.
4) Summarize and critique primacy source information of some of the influential
contributions (and contributors) relevant to the field.
5) Discuss the various issues facing personnel psychology and how these issues
affect people, organizations, and society.
