1)   Demonstrate knowledge of the techniques and methods in personnel psychology.

2)  Work with group members to plan and organize an applied intervention with an organization..

3)   Select and apply a variey of personnel methods within an organization.

4)   Consult with professionals in an organizational setting

5)  Develop and give formal presentations in a format applicable for non-academic audiences.
