Is there a file size limit for uploaded documents?
Yes, 20 MB. This limit applies only to documents uploaded to the WEPA website, not print jobs sent from an application or printed directly from a kiosk with a USB drive.
24 hours. After that time, the document is deleted from the WEPA system; however, if that happens, you can simply upload your document again.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Nautilus Card, WEPA account, and credit card (surcharge applies). Kiosks do not accept cash.
If I "Browse Ads" and print coupons from a WEPA kiosk, will I be charged?
No. The ads that are displayed after touching "Browse Ads" at the kiosks are paid for by the advertisers. They are free to you...so please use them.
