The Officer Development Challenge is designed to foster and promote the success of student organizations and student leaders at UWF. All UWF students are welcome and encouraged to participate in the ODC!

To complete the ODC, students must:

1. Engage in at least 4 workshops (out of 6) throughout the fall and spring terms.

2. Participate in a leadership development opportunity of their choice.

3. Submit a written reflection about their student leadership experience as it relates to the knowledge and skills gained in workshops, other leadership development opportunities and in their respective organization(s).

Students who complete the ODC will be:
1. Recognized in various print and social media.
2. Awarded a certificate upon completion.
3. Invited to attend a special brunch with University administrators.
