The legislative branch of the Student Government Association is comprised of four committees, each with specific duties and responsibilities. These four committees combine to make up the Student Senate. These students, on a weekly basis, make decisions regarding bills and resolutions related to your academic life here on campus and are the driving force behind the Student Government Association.
|Senate President - Jordan Self|
|Jordan Self is a senior Political Science major from Panama City, FL. He enjoys tennis, musical theatre, and reading about current political/legal issues. When he is not serving the student body, you can find him cheering on Argos at the games and hanging out downtown.
|Treasurer - Tyler Martin|
|Tyler Martin is a senior with a major in Business Administration Management from Cincinnati, Ohio. He is in the Sigma Chi Fraternity, a Building Manager at the HLS Facility, and enjoys going out to eat at different restaurants around Pensacola.
|Budget & Allocations Chair - Christopher Thrasher|
|Christopher Thrasher is a senior working on a degree in both History and Telecommunications and Film. This is his fourth year in SGA and he continues to make efforts to improve the processes for requesting grants and budgets by making these processes more consistent and transparent.
|Student Outreach Chair - Kate Singletary|
|Kate Singletary is Sophomore and honors student majoring in Global Economics from Navarre, Florida. Kate also serves as a University Student Ambassador, cheerleader, and is a founding memeber of the UWF Kappa Delta Chapter.
|University Outreach Chair - Daniel McBurney|
|Daniel McBurney is a Junior Exceptional Student Education major from DeFuniak Springs, Florida. He is a Sigma Chi on campus and enjoys hanging out with friends and being involved on campus.
|Rules & Statutes Chair - Anhar Ibrahim|
|Anhar Ibrahim is a Senior majoring in Political Science and minoring in Criminal Justice. She was born in Alexandria, Egypt. She is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and loves Bill Clinton!
