Advance Convention Registration

Deadline - December 31, 2009

Advance Registration form must be postmarked no later than

December 31, 2009 and sent to the SEPA office to receive lower registration cost (fees rise $20 after this date). 

This is also last day to register ONLINE at this lower rate at the

SEPA Web site - go to HOME page to register.

for Convention

From January 1, 2010 - February 12, 2010 you may register online, but the fees increased $20 (from the Advance Registration rate).  After February 12, please plan to register onsite at the convention.

You should register early to make sure there are rooms available and you receive SEPA Convention Room Rate of $129.00.
