October 10, 2007 - 12:00 Noon:  Electronic Submission System (ESS) deadline for SEPA Convention 2008 proposals for Papers, Posters, Symposia, Panel Discussions, Workshops, Conversation Hours, Interest Groups, Graduate Student Research Award, and CEPO Student Award.

October 10, 2007 - 12:00 Noon: Electronic Submission System (ESS) deadline for SEPA Convention 2008 Volunteers -- to be a Reviewer or Program Chair.

October 10, 2007 (postmark):  Intent to submit research to the CEPO Undergraduate Research Program.

November 21, 2007 (postmark): Abstract of research due for CEPO Undergraduate Research Program.

December 1, 2007:  Mentor Award nominations due to SEPA President, Dr. Deborah Richardson.

January 26, 2008 (postmark): Deadline for mailing your SEPA Convention Advance Registration form to the SEPA office.  You may continue to register, by faxing your registration form to the SEPA office and calling 850-474-2070 with your Visa or Master Card information until February 15, 2008 -- but the fees rise $20 in each category after February 1, 2008.  (For your own security, do not put your credit card information on the form you fax to the SEPA office.)

February 1, 2008: Deadline for early Convention registration.  Registration fees rise $20 in each category after this date.

March 6-9, 2008: SEPA Convention (Thursday evening through Sunday noon)
