This requirement applies to undergraduates who initially enter the University during Fall 2003 or later. To identify courses meeting this requirement, students should select the "Multicultural Courses" button on the Course Search screen or consult the Catalog.
Students who have earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from a Florida public community/junior college or other Florida public university, along with those who were admitted to the University before Fall 2003, are exempt from this requirement. SASS audits for exempt students automatically will have a course called XMULCUL entered with a grade of HW (hours waived). The requirement will also be marked "OK."
