Simple distribution of two types of surveys into a random sequence

This program randomizes a given number of two types of surveys into two equal randomized groups. The next two steps in development will give users the opportunity to enter the total number of surveys to be randomized, and to allow the resulting sequence to be downloaded as a comma-delimited file.
