The Google Toolbar is a great program for easily preventing pop-ups on web sites. To install the Google Toolbar, go to the Google Toolbar webpage and follow the instructions provided below.

Click Download Google Toolbar
Click Run
Click Run
Click Agree
Click Enable Advanced Features and then click Next
Click Next to complete the installation.
Now website pop-ups will be prevented from ever appearing.
When Google Toolbar blocks a pop-up for the first time, you will see a window like this.
If you would like to see the pop-ups a site displays, click the blocked button on the toolbar.
Your Toolbar should look like this now, and the site will now stay open and allow pop-ups to be displayed, If you would like pop-ups to be blocked from this site again, just hit the button again.
