VA Enrollment Certification Information

Every veteran using VA benefits must certify their class enrollment with the UWF VSO at the start of every semester.

Students enrolling for the first time must complete a UWF VSO Certification Interview and provide the supporting documents to establish a VSO file. The preferred method is to visit the VSO in Bldg. 18 Room 174 so that we might help you with your benefits. Students have a choice of establishing their VA file with the VSO.

Click here to print the online Application Procedures to be used for mailing or faxing to the VSO.

On Line Application procedures: All VA students wanting to use VA benefits at UWF must complete the VA application, UWF Interview, and UWF Enrollment Certification to set up a file. You can complete the forms and submit them by mail to the UWF Veteran Service Office or fax them to 1-850-473-7345.
