Students wanting to place an order over the telephone may do so by calling Credentials Solutions and using the TranscriptsPlus® order system. Operators are available Monday through Thursday from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. Central Time and on Friday from 7 A.M. to 5 P.M. Central Time. There is a $10.00 surcharge for telephone requests (in addition to the standard transcript fees). Users must use a credit card and have access to either an e-mail account or fax machine in order to provide a written authorization for release of the transcript.
