Complete and sign a request form or provide the signed authorization by the student, to the Office of the University Registrar, Building 18, 11000 University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514-5750 (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday).
Pay fees ($10.00 per transcript) at Cashier’s Office, Building 20E on main campus (8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday – Friday) or in Building 1 (FWB campus). Methods of payment are cash, check, money order or credit card-accepted only online (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
Requests made in person are normally processed within five to seven days after receiving the request. Additional processing time may be required following a holiday period, at the end of each term, or during peak registration and/or grading periods.
