The University of West Florida has chosen the services of Credentials Solutions in order to provide a web-based transcript service. Credentials Solutions has implemented TranscriptsPlus® as a secure means of ordering transcripts faster and easier than in the past. Payment by credit card is required. In addition to standard delivery, Credentials offers Fed Ex for expedited delivery (for an additional charge).

Current Students

• Sign in to ARGUS
• Click on the My Info tab
• Locate the Personal Student Records Access channel
• Click on the “Transcript Request” link
• Requests are normally processed the next business day

Former Students/Alumni

• Sign in to LightHouse
• Locate the “Enrollment” section
• Click on the “Transcript Request” link
• If you are a former student/alumni of the University of West Florida and are not able to log in, you can access a UWF Transcript Order Form through Credentials where you will be required to submit a signed authorization form.
• Transcripts are normally processed the next business day once authorization is received.

Outside Agencies (i.e. Employers or Educational Institutions)

• Click here to access a Transcript Order Form. An authorization form to be signed by the student will be provided to you during the process.

Check Status of an Order

• You will need to know your order number and social security number or Student ID in order to retrieve your information.
