IMPORTANT NOTICE: Residency Reclassification Guidelines Have Changed Effective July 1, 2009

The State of Florida recently enacted a law that went into effect July 1, 2009. This law changed the qualifications for establishing Florida residency for tuition purposes.

Information and applicable forms pertaining to the current reclassification policy (effective July 1, 2009) are available at Residency Reclassification Information (link provided below) and will apply to any request for reclassification for Fall 2009 (or subsequent semesters) which is submitted on or after July 1, 2009.
