UWF has contracted with Credentials, Inc. to provide current enrollment verifications. Students, former students, alumni, parents, and other authorized persons may request enrollment verifications over the phone. Additional fees will be assessed for all such requests.
Credentials Inc. Customer Service is available at 1-847-446-1027 between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST/CDT Monday through Thursday and from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday.
