The University of West Florida has chosen the services of the National Student Clearinghouse in order to provide a web-based enrollment certification service.

Current Students

• Sign in to ARGUS (Note: You must have used ARGUS at least once to activate it and established an ARGUS account)
• Click on the My Info tab
• Locate the Personal Student Records Access channel
• Click on the “Enrollment Certification” link
• Requests through National Student Clearinghouse are processed immediately and normally the student will receive a confirmed enrollment certification within minutes.

Parents, Former Students, Alumni, and other authorized persons (i.e. Employers or Educational Institutions)

Enrollment certifications are available for the last 18 months.

Former students and alumni who have been enrolled within the last 12 months may access enrollment certification through ARGUS.  If you have not been enrolled within the last 12 months, it is suggested that you follow the instructions below.

To order over the Internet (available 24 hours – 7 days a week), go to www.studentclearinghouse.org, and select “Verify Current Enrollment ” and click on the name of the school (University of West Florida). There is a fee for this service, which may be arranged by contract or paid with a credit card number. All certifications are official certifications.

Students, parents or authorized third parties may request a confirmation sent automatically each semester for a fee of $4.00 per certification per semester.

The National Student Clearinghouse accepts most major credit cards.
