Sean Lacey Sean is a certified United States of America Weightlifting
Sports Performance Coach, United States of America Track and Field Coach,
and personal trainer. He developed his passion for fitness during his
career in high school athletics and by losing 45 pounds of fat in 16
weeks. He pursues greater strength and health on a daily basis. Sean
is skilled in writing prehabilitation programs to resolve specific musculoskeletal
imbalances to optimize performance and general quality of life. With
his knowledge, he hopes to help others achieve their fitness related
goals. |
Sarah King Sarah is currently earning her Bachelor’s Degree
in Athletic Training and intends to further her education after graduation.
Sarah’s quest for excellence in team sports led her to a pursuit
of overall personal health and fitness. She enjoys the many unheralded
benefits offered by resistance training as well as the total body health
benefits of aerobic exercise. Sarah enjoys meeting new people and helping
them understand, establish, and maintain their fitness goals. |

John Huddleston John is a junior at UWF majoring in Accounting. His passion
for fitness comes from his involvement in many different sports throughout
his life. He has been weight training and cardio training for 7 years
and has read many books on both topics for those years. He believes that
fitness is for everyone and he would like to help YOU achieve YOUR goals. |
Beth Godwin Beth’s love for health and exercise prompted her
to become a certified personal trainer through the American Council on
Exercise (ACE). With her passion for fitness and overall wellbeing, she
wants to encourage others to develop and maintain healthy lifestyles.
After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree from UWF, Beth hopes
to pursue a Master’s degree in nutrition so that she can better
help others in their pursuit of healthy living. |
John Marcus John is a junior at UWF majoring in Criminal Justice.
His passion for fitness comes from his involvement in football and wrestling.

Rodney McClanahanRodney is the Graduate Assistant for Fitness and Wellness through Recreation and Sport Services. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His passion for fitness comes from his involvement in powerlifting, bodybuilding and various sports. With his knowledge in various training methods he can help a diverse group of individuals achieve their fitness goals. |
