Each semester, Group Fitness provides a variety of incentive programs designed to keep participants motivated while continuing their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Great prizes are rewarded to the leading participants in each incentive program. All programs are completely FREE! Just show up to any Group Fitness class and the instructor will provide further details on how to participate in each of the following:
WHAT? Participate in 5 or more group fitness classes to get the New Year started off right with a happy and healthy experience. Participants will win a prize.
WHEN? Monday, Jan 6- Monday, Jan 20
WHAT? Group Fitness classes such as Yoga, Dance, and Zumba will join forces and host "partner-themed" sessions where patrons are encouraged to bring a friend or significant other to join in on the group fitness fun!
WHEN? Month of February
Feb. 5th Partner Cycle
Feb. 12th Partner Yoga
Feb 19th Partner Circuit
Feb. 26th Partner Dance
WHAT? Participate in 4 classes a week (19 total) throughout the month of March. Every willing participant will get a card with a bracket on it, and the goal is to make it all the way to the championship (and you do that by participating in all 19 group fitness classes during the month of March) Winners will be eligible for a prize and opportunity to be recognized on a public bracket.
WHEN? Month of March
WHAT? Get excited about warmer weather and continue to participate in group fitness classes to prepare for swimsuit season. Attend 5 group fitness classes this week to win a prize!
