ArgoFit is a semester long incentive based program. It is designed to keep individuals motivated in having a consistent workout schedule, with at least three to four workouts per week.
Any individual who has access to the fitness center and/or group fitness classes in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility (bldg. 72).
Sign-up at the lower fitness center desk and collect a logbook to keep track of your progress.
After each workout in the fitness center and/or group fitness class attended, have a fitness center employee date and initial your logbook.

Additionally, we now have Bigger and Better Raffle Prizes!!!
At the end of the semester all logbooks are collected from the fitness center and all winners are contacted and entered into a raffle for bigger and better prizes. You will soon be contacted about when & where to claim your prize. You may only submit one logbook during the length of the program.
The program begins the second week of classes and ends the week before finals.
