Job Title: |
Intramural Sports Intern |
Purpose: |
To aid the Intramural Sports Graduate Assistant with sports from the beginning to end. |
Reports To: |
Graduate Assistant of Intramural Sports/Intramural Sports Coordinator |
Qualifications: |
•Strong communication skills and positive attitude. •Current First Aid and CPR certifications. |
Duties & Responsibilities: |
•Manage daily Intramural Sports tasks •Supervise, evaluate, and assist with training of Intramural Sports officials. •Attend all staff training sessions and staff meetings. •Complete office assignments as distributed. •Be knowledgeable of Intramural Sports policies and procedures. |
Overall Requirements: |
•Be a model participant. •Display good sportsmanship at all times. •Know the rules and mechanics of the sports. |
Salary: |
Starting pay is $7.00 an hour. |
Deadline: |
For positions beginning in the Fall of 2007, applications
are currently being accepted and are due April 23rd. Interviews will be held shortly after. |
