If you already have a financial calculator that you use that is fine. If you only have a scientific calculator, I recommend you get a financial calculator.

There is a newer, "Professional" model that is more expensive.
I have never used it and don't know what it can do that the cheaper model I recommend above cannot do.
I don't recommend spending the extra money. By the time you get into complicated problems you will be using EXCEL.
You will be required to use MS EXCEL in the class.
