3.  Describe the problems written about in Casey's "Silent Warning."  How would you attempt to solve this problem?  Defend your answer with human factors principles.
 

4.  Describe the advantages and disadvantages of virtual reality.  Think of a unique way to use VR and describe.  What are the unique benefits or your approach?  possible problems?
 

5.  Several theories of vigilance have been proposed, which one would you subscribe to and why?  What is the importance of vigilance research and what is the benefit of a signal detection approach to its study?
