An example of "forced perspective."  This photo was taken at Universal Studios - FLORIDA!
The mountains and larger buildings in the background are only about a foot tall and are
actually in the foreground a few feet in front of and above the camera.  Monocular depth cues
such as relative size, shading, and aerial perspective, along with top-down cognitive processing
of information (expectancies) fool us into perceiving the mountains to be large and far away.
