UWF is now moving into a new era that requires us to be more strategic, measured, and transparent. Our operational model must include specific, measurable, and prioritized goals. The strategic directions section on my website is a tool to outline the strategic initiatives currently underway, the specific target date for completion, and the progress expected each semester. The page is organized into sections which parallel the themes outlined in presidential goals. Additionally, timelines on the overview page provide a quick glance of initiatives each semester. The site will be refreshed and updated weekly.
