| EDF 6218 Discussion |
|
Piaget and Vygotsky Compare and contrast Piaget and Vygotsky on one or more of the concepts they proposed. For example, how do they differ in their idea about how peers influence cognitive development? How would each suggest learning in pairs should be arranged? What are the similarities and differences between how each viewed development taking place (equilibration and the zpd)? How do their views differ on egocentric speech? What about the role of the teacher in learning? These are just examples...you can compare and contrast anything of relevance.
