The Division of Professional and Community Leadership is comprised of faculty and professionals who support the mission of the College of Professional Studies (COPS) through teaching, scholarly activities, and service. To fulfill its mission and to support the mission and vision of the College of Professional Studies, the Division focuses on developing synergy between teaching and service as well as a strong research agenda in the support and preparation of empowered persons and professionals who serve as our military, business, industry, government, and educational leaders of today and tomorrow. The Division supports the vision of the COPS to provide knowledge and skills, based on theories, research, and a common body of best practices, enabling professionals to engage in innovative and effective actions in their organizations.
