To submit an appeal please send an email to parking@uwf.edu.
In your email please be sure to inlcude THE CITATION NUMBER, YOUR PERMIT NUMBER, THE LOT IN WHICH THE TICKET WAS ISSUED, THE DATE AND TIME THE TICKET WAS ISSUED, YOUR STATUS AT UWF, AND WHY YOU FEEL YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY THE TICKET. All the required information can be found on the citation.
Appeals are handled on two progressive levels. The first level is an in-house review by the Parking Services Manager. Appeals upheld at this level will automatically be forwarded to the second level.
The second level of appeal is conducted the The Parking Violations Appeals Board. ALL APPEALS WILL BE HEARD BY THE BOARD ONLY ONCE AND ALL DECISIONS BY THE BOARD ARE FINAL AND BINDING.
