Once you submit your registration your space is reserved for the session you selected. In order to maintain your space payment must be received by The University of West Florida's cashier office within 14 days after your registration is submitted. If payment is not received your reserved spot for a session will be dropped and you must resubmit your registration.

If you make changes to your registration once it is submitted there are certain charges that may apply. For that reason we suggest that you are positive about your registration prior to submitting it to the orientation office. The following charges are in affect:

Cost for Orientation:

One-day Student Rate $41.99 (sales tax included)

One-day Guest Rate $21.99 (sales tax included)

Two-day Student Rate $91.34 (sales tax included)

Two-day Guest Rate $50.91 (sales tax included)

Cancellation Charges:

30 or more days prior to the session a cancellation charge of $5.00 will be applied against the refund

8 to 29 days prior to the session a cancellation charge of $10.00 will be applied against the refund

7 or less days prior to the session there is no refund

Two-day Session

30 or more days prior to the session a cancellation charge of $20.00 will be applied against the refund

8 to 29 days prior to the session a cancellation charge of $40.00 will be applied against the refund

Change of Date:

One-day Session

To change the date of the session there is a $10.00 charge

Two-day Session

To change the date of the session there is a $15.00 charge

Change in Guest:

To cancel a guest for orientation there will be a $5.00 charge
