Special Open Enrollment – Guaranteed Life Insurance for UWF Employees
The Gabor Agency, Inc. is pleased to announce that for a limited open enrollment period, all full-time employees in a benefit-eligible position and part-time employees who are at least 0.75 FTE in a benefit-eligible position may purchase Universal Life Extra, a permanent life insurance policy. The open enrollment period is February 22, 2010 – April 30, 2010.

Signature Routing For Action Sheets
To expedite action sheet processing, please ensure all action sheets are routed to the correct department before prior to sending to Human Resources. If a signature is missing when the action sheet arrives, it is forwarded to the appropriate department for signature or to the originating department.

Web Time Approver Proxy
Supervisors are responsible for reviewing and approving their employee's timesheets by the published bi-weekly deadline. To ensure this activity is carried out during an absence or emergency, all supervisors should assign one or more proxies. A proxy is a person who can approve timesheets and leave reports on your behalf if you are not able to do so and must be a full time employee (cannot be OPS).
