Posting Services

Posting is done twice a week in the fall and spring or once a week in the summer (Mondays). All advertisements must be approved, stamped and dated by the Service Desk & Ticket Center. There are 15 boards located throughout campus operated by University Commons & Student Involvement.


Register your posters and fliers with the Service Desk & Ticket Center. We'll post them for you in the University Commons and on UCSI-managed boards across campus.

Advertisement fliers can be 8.5 x 11 in size (UWF-sponsored posters are exempt from this size criteria). Student group- and UWF-sponsored fliers will be put up for 2 weeks or until the date of the event. Classified ads for off-campus and unaffiliated UWF events are allowed on 11 of the 15 boards located throughout campus. Classified ads are reserved to only half of the normal 8.5 x 11 paper size (fold a piece of paper in half, and that’s the size of accepted ads). Classifieds are put up for one-week periods; if they are to continue, extra copies must be provided. All questionable ads or complaints should be referred to the Service Desk Manager.
