Posting Services

There are 15 boards located throughout campus operated by University Commons & Student Involvement. Posting is done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the fall and spring semesters, excluding holidays. All advertisements must be approved, stamped and dated by the Service Desk & Ticket Center. Postings must be received at least one day in advance of the requested posting day.

Register your posters and fliers with the Service Desk & Ticket Center. We'll post them for you in the University Commons and on UCSI-managed boards across campus.

Student organizations and UWF-sponsored postings: Registered student organization- and UWF-sponsored fliers will stay up for two weeks or until the date of the event.

All other postings: Fliers for events hosted on-campus but not sponsored by UWF or a student organization; fliers for off-campus events; and classified ads are allowed on 11 of the 15 posting boards on campus. These postings are reserved to half of an 8.5" by 11" paper size (fold a piece of paper in half, and that’s the size of accepted ads). Classifieds are put up for one-week periods; if they are to continue, extra copies must be provided.

All questionable ads or complaints should be referred to the Service Desk Manager.
