Looking for a venue for your next large scale event? Consider the UWF Conference Center. Located in the heart of the beautiful UWF campus, the Conference Center features excellent facilities and services at competitive prices. The goal of our friendly, professional staff is to meet the needs of students, faculty, staff, the local business community and the general public to make every event run smoothly.
Our facility features a convenient drive-up portico at the front entrance, a dramatic staircase leading to an open, spacious lobby and meeting rooms. The ballroom accommodates up to 600 people. For Workshops, seminars or smaller events, the room can be partitioned into three smaller sections, each with the capacity of up to 250 people. This area is most often used for annual orientation meetings (500+ people), annual Prom or Homecoming events, weddings or wedding receptions, awards banquets or dinners, and even the occasional summer camp. The Conference Center Lounge offers a variety of alternative set-ups for receptions, meals, and meetings while the Upper Lobby is ideal for conference check-in and informal receptions.
