Student Leadership Awards

The University of West Florida Student Leadership Awards are meant to recognize a collegiate record of leadership and service to UWF and the Pensacola community.

Application Packets will be available January 4, 2016.

Selection is based on campus involvement (impact on campus, variety, and level of involvement), demonstrated personal growth, future commitment and potential for future achievement, letter(s) of recommendation, GPA, application packet, and interview (Hal Crosby Leadership Award applicants are not required to interview). A student may only be the recipient of these awards once during his/her tenure at the University of West Florida.

Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 5, 2016.  Finalists selected for the Linda O. Dye/Kenneth L. Curtis Awards, Deborah L. Ford Emerging Leader Award, Outstanding Student Leader Award, or Outstanding Graduate Student Leader Award will be invited to interview February 24-26, 2016.  There is no interview process for Hal Crosby Leadership Award applicants.
