Group Fitness

This page provides information about group fitness activities at the HLS Facility Fitness Center, including the Group Fitness Class schedule.


Fall 2018

  • The following class schedules are effective from Monday, August 27, through Saturday, December 8, 2018.
  • Fall Finals Week is December 10 - 14.
  • No classes: Sept 3, Nov 12, Nov 21 (after 7 p.m.), Nov 22-25.
  • Aquatic group fitness classes: Non-UWF students are required to pay the general admission ($4) or purchase an aquatic membership.

Registration through IMLeagues is Required

Registration for a class is required. Download the IMLeagues app or go to imleagues.com to create your account and sign-up for classes. See our directions for creating an IMLeagues account for assistance with signing up.

Recreation reserves the right to alter or change class hours or class schedule at any time. In order to run classes, we require a minimum of two (2) participants dressed on time. Please arrive to all classes ten (10) minutes prior to start time! Late-comers will be redirected to informal fitness rather than disrupt a class in session.
