Pickup occurs at the Outdoor Center/Bicycle Shop, Building 209, Fridays between 10am and 2pm. Hours change due to the UWF calendar. Holiday closures can result in an earlier pickup day.

You must present your current Nautilus Card, and payment is due at the time of pickup. The rental fee is used to assist with repairs and replacement of aged equipment. Rental fees are non-refundable after pickup.

UWF Outdoor Adventures offers educational programming for those seeking instruction and guided trips. However, as an equipment renter you are conducting your own independent trip, and you are responsible for determining whether you have the proper experience and capabilities to utilize the rented equipment under intended settings and conditions.

Returns are at the Outdoor Center/Bicycle Shop, Building 209, Mondays between 10am and 2pm. Holiday closures can result in a later return day. Equipment should properly cleaned, dried, and packed prior to return.

Fees will be charged to your University account if equipment is unreturned or returned damaged or excessively dirty. Repair and cleaning fees are decided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Outdoor Adventure Assistant Director. Equipment returned late will be subject to the late fee accrued daily up to the replacement cost. Individuals not following rental procedures may become ineligible to rent equipment in the future.
