Massage Therapist Bios
Kat is originally from Los Angeles, California. She has been a swim instructor at UWF since June of 2013. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Massage Therapy Program at Pensacola State College in May 2014. She is licensed through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy are her focus while helping her clients with relaxation and pain management.
She is pursuing a dual license by attending the Esthetician program at Pensacola State College and will be graduating December 2014.
Molly Warren is originally from Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1982 with a B.S. in Horticulture (Landscape Design). In June 2005 she completed the massage therapy program from the Pensacola School of Massage Therapy and received her National Massage Certification in September 2005, followed by her Florida State massage license in October 2005. She has been employed as a licensed massage therapist with UWF since 2005.
She has received additional certifications in medical massage, sports massage and reflexology. In addition, because of her desire to help others and her interest in overall health and fitness, she became certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise) in 2009, as both a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She currently teaches a wide variety of group fitness classes at UWF and elsewhere.
Outside of work, Molly prefers spending time outdoors. She enjoys many different types of activities including running, reading and spending time with her husband and their four dogs!
