The Miles High Club

Become part of a new fitness tradition here at the HLS. The Miles High Club allows patrons to test their bodies and push them to the limit. After each cardio workout, log your miles and have a Fitness Monitor sign off. Miles may be completed using any machine that tracks mileage; treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stair steppers, rowers and arc trainers may be used.

Who is Eligible?

Any individual who has access to the fitness center in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility can participate.

How Do I Get Started?

Sign up at the lower fitness center desk and collect a logbook to keep track of your progress.

What rules are associated with The Miles High Club?

After each workout in the fitness center, either in upper or lower fitness, have a fitness monitor date and initial your logbook.

* Maximum of 1 workout per day.

What Are The Incentive Prizes?

  • Completion of 500 miles - Club T-Shit

How do I collect my incentive prizes?

At the end of the semester, all logbooks are collected from the fitness center. Participants will be contacted about when & where to claim prizes. Only one logbook per participant may be submitted during the length of the program.

*Note: Group fitness classes do not count towards The Miles High Club workouts.
