Group Fitness Incentive Programs

Each semester, Group Fitness provides a variety of incentive programs designed to keep participants motivated while continuing their journey to a healthier lifestyle. Great prizes are rewarded to the leading participants in each incentive program. All programs are completely FREE! Just show up to any Group Fitness class and the instructor will provide further details on how to participate in each of the following:

Attend any 5 group fitness classes the first two weeks of the Spring 2014 semester to be eligible for a prize.

February 11 at 12pm, 1pm, 2pm. Have fun breaking a sweat and experiencing the rhythm of dance with this one-of-a-kind class!
