Triathlon Week

Participate in either a sprint triathlon, a half ironman or a full ironman. Complete all events over the course of one week to challenge yourself and receive great prizes for your hard work!

When is Triathlon Week?

Monday, September 23 - Sunday, September 29.

Who is Eligible?

Any individual who has access to the fitness center and/or group fitness classes in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility can participate.

How Do I Get Started?

Sign up in the upper fitness area of the fitness center and have a fitness monitor sign off on your progress before leaving.


Sprint Triathlon: Run - 3.1 miles Bike - 12 miles Row - 2000 meters
Half Ironman: Run - 13.1 miles Bike - 56 miles Row - 4000 meters
Full Ironman: Run - 26.2 miles Bike - 112 miles Row - 8000 meters

Prizes for Completion:

Sprint Triathlon: Water Bottle
Half Ironman: T-shirt and Water Bottle
Full Ironman: Sports Watch, T-shirt, and Water Bottle
