Participate in either a sprint triathlon, a half ironman or a full ironman. Complete all events over the course of one week to challenge yourself and receive great prizes for your hard work!
When is Triathlon Week?
Monday, September 23 - Sunday, September 29.
Who is Eligible?
Any individual who has access to the fitness center and/or group fitness classes in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility can participate.
How Do I Get Started?
Sign up in the upper fitness area of the fitness center and have a fitness monitor sign off on your progress before leaving.
|Sprint Triathlon:||Run - 3.1 miles||Bike - 12 miles||Row - 2000 meters|
|Half Ironman:||Run - 13.1 miles||Bike - 56 miles||Row - 4000 meters|
|Full Ironman:||Run - 26.2 miles||Bike - 112 miles||Row - 8000 meters|
