Squat Till You Drop

This competition takes guts, squatting in a challenging exercise and it demands the activation of all the muscles in the body.

This incentive program runs October 1-31, 2014.

Competitors will have a weight they will have to squat to parallel as many times as they safely can. 

Men will have a set weight of 225lbs while women will have to do 95lbs.

Top 3 in men’s and women’s divisions win prizes.
