ArgoFit is a semester-long incentive program. It is designed to keep individuals motivated in having a consistent workout schedule, with at least three to four workouts per week.
Who is Eligible?
Any individual who has access to the fitness center in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility can participate.
How Do I Get Started?
Sign up at the lower fitness center desk and collect a logbook to keep track of your progress.
What rules are associated with ArgoFit?
After each workout in the fitness center, either in upper or lower fitness, have a fitness monitor date and initial your logbook.
* Maximum of 1 workout per day.
What Are The Incentive Prizes?
- 30 Workouts - Water Bottle
- 40 Workouts - Water Bottle and Notebook
- 50+ Workouts - Water Bottle, Notebook, and T-shirt
How do I collect my incentive prizes?
At the end of the semester, all logbooks are collected from the fitness center. Participants will be contacted about when & where to claim prizes. Only one logbook per participant may be submitted during the length of the program.
What Are The Dates For ArgoFit?
January 12 - April 10
*Note: Group fitness classes do not count towards ArgoFit workouts.
