ArgoFit is a semester-long incentive program. It is designed to keep individuals motivated in having a consistent workout schedule, with at least three to four workouts per week.

Who is Eligible?

Any individual who has access to the fitness center and/or group fitness classes in the Health, Leisure and Sports Facility can participate.

How Do I Get Started?

Sign up at the lower fitness center desk and collect a logbook to keep track of your progress.

What rules are associated with ArgoFit?

After each workout in the fitness center and/or group fitness class attended, have a fitness monitor date and initial your logbook.

* Maximum of 1 workout per day.

What Are The Incentive Prizes?

  • 30 Workouts - Water Bottle
  • 40 Workouts - Water Bottle and Notebook
  • 50+ Workouts - Water Bottle, Notebook, and T-shirt

How do I collect my incentive prizes?

At the end of the semester, all logbooks are collected from the fitness center. Participants will be contacted about when & where to claim prizes. Only one logbook per participant may be submitted during the length of the program.
